Itinerary:-09 Nights /10 Days:- Complete Rajasthan tour itinerary:-

 

Day 01:- Arrival at Udaipur

First of all after having morning breakfast we will leave for Udaipur. One of the most romantic places of India. In backdrop the Aravali hills surrounded the lake city. Next check into your hotel and overnight stay.

 

Day 02:- Udaipur

At the beginning of this day. Later in the day afterwards breakfast. We will visit the City Palace, FatehSagar Lake and Jagadish Mandir. Then return to the hotel for treasures of this fabulous city. Within the walking distance palaces, mansions, havelis, museums, and temples and always the lake in the view, the glimpse of paradise. Round off your day with a sunset boat ride circuiting the lake or opt for little far away ride to Jag Mandir. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

 

Day 03:- Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur

Afternoon half day city tour

Sightseeing Mehrangrah Fort: The Fort built by Rao Jodha in 1459 AD. Rests atop a hill and overlooks the city below. Stroll around the 200 year old Takhat Vilas Palace within the Fort. And you will be amazed to see floor-to-ceiling murals painted on wet plaster, depicting in minute detail, wars games, weddings, religious rites, beautiful women and proud warriors. Explore the various sections of the palace like Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Daulat khana and get charmed by a rich collection of palanquins, cradles, miniature paintings armory and royal furniture.

Jaswant Thada: Dating back to 1899 AD. To commemorate the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. This royal cenotaph, an architectural wonder was built in white marble. Visit the cenotaph and at the beautiful portraits of the erstwhile rulers of Jodhpur.

Girdikot & Sardar Market: Visit the colorful bazaar vibrant with hustle and bustle. Simply a shopper’s paradise. Take a walk in its narrow lanes dotted with shops selling the irresistible Rajasthani goodies comprising jewelry, handicrafts, paintings, textile and marble curios. Day 04 :- Jodhpur – After breakfast check-out from hotel

Umaid Bhawan Palace: In 1929Maharaja Umaid Singh initiated the construction of Umaid Bhawan Palace as a relief operation during famine. Also, a section of this palace now has been converted into a heritage hotel. On the other hand the other part houses a museum. At the museum, you can gaze at the rich display of yesteryear wonders. For instance model aircrafts, priceless crockery, hunting trophies and antique clocks. Afterwards afternoon drive to Jaisalmer.

Jodhpur to Jaisalmer :
Morning drive to Jaisalmer (300 km//05 Hrs)
Upon arrival in Jaisalmer – check into the hotel
Late afternoon visit the sand dunes and a camel ride to view the sunset. Rajasthani folk musicians plays the haunting tunes. When the sky is set on fire. It can be an unforgettable experience. Later on overnight stay in desert swiss tents.

 

Day 05:- Jaisalmer

Morning visit the city’s magnificent havelis and merchant’s houses. Each richly decorated and carved from golden yellow sandstone. Patwon-ki-haveli (House of the Brocade Merchants) is the largest and most elaborate of the famous havelis of Jaisalmer.  The Nathmalji-ki-haveli is the last of the great havelis, built in the late 19th century. End the morning with a visit to Gadisar Lake the large natural oasis that attracted Rawal Jaisal to this site.

Day 06:- Jaisalmer to Bikaner – Morning drive to Bikaner (340 K.M.)

Rao Bikaji, founded Bikaner – this desert town in the north of the state in 1488. Visit the Junagarh fort constructed between 1588 – 1593. By Raja Jai Singh and he was also a general in the Moghul Emperor Akbar’s army. Rest of the day at leisure. So that you can enjoy the surrounding areas of the palace. Afterwards overnight at hotel.

 

Day 07:- Bikaner, Ajmer and Pushkar (220 K.M. / 04:30 Hrs).

Afterwards morning Breakfast, check out from the hotel then drive to holy town of Pushkar. Next we will visit Ajmer, where you will visit Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti Dargah. Pushkar has the only Brahma temple in India, the Savitri temple and the three sacred lakes of Pushkar. After at evening, to explore the city of temples over night at hotel.

 

Day 08:- Pushkar to Jaipur (150 K.M.) – Arrival at Jaipur Evening free to explore the pink city Jaipur

Jaipur tour of the impressive Amer Fort, situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur city.
