Day 1: Arrival Delhi
Arrival at New Delhi Airport meeting & assistance on arrival transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
Full day sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India – Built by Shah Jahan, the construction was started in 1658 and was not completed until 1844; witness the Red Fort; Visit Humayun’s Tomb – built in mid 16th century this is an early example of Mughal architecture, Visit Qutab Minar, witness the India Gate. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Delhi – Sikandra – Agra (205 kms.)
After breakfast leave for Agra en-route Visiting Akbar’s Mausoleum in Sikandra, after arrival in Agra continue Guided Sightseeing Tour of Taj Mahal, Red Fort and Iti-mad-dula (Mini Taj Mahal). Overnight at Agra.
Day 4: Agra / Fatehpur Sikri / Ranthambhor
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambhor (230-kms / 06hrs) and enroute visit to the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival, assistance and check in at Late afternoon. Safari in the park. Fatehpur Sikri This esquisite city built by Akbar the Great in 1569, in red sandstone; with its forts, palaces and mosques was abandoned 14 years after its creation due to political reasons. The Diwan-i-am- a vast courtyard in which the emperor gave daily public audience; Diwan-i-khas-a large quadrangle which contained all the major functions of the Palace, Pachisi court, the Emperors private living quarter, Jodha Bhai’s Palace, Mariam’s Palace, Birbal’s Palace, Hawa Mahal and Panch Mahal are some of the important buildings of this residential complex. The Friday Mosque and the exquisite tomb of Sheik Salim Chisti are in the religious grounds set aside in a separate enclosure adjacent to the secular buildings. Overnight at Ranthambhor.
Day 5: Ranthambhor
Early Morning Safari in the park, After breakfast, day free. Late afternoon safari in the park. Ranthambhor National Park With an area of 400 sq. km encompassing rocky hill crests which descend to open valleys between the Aravali and Vindhya ranges, dotted with water pools and fruit trees, this park gets its name from the thousand year old fortress, which looms above the forest Well known for the diumal activity of tigers, Ranthambhor is a very special and unusual area where a natural present meets a historical past, Gazelles, Sambar, Cheetal, Chinkara, Nilgai, Langoor, Wild Bull, the elusive Leopard and Tiger abound this sanctuary. Dotted across the landscape are the crumbling ruins of its past glory, be it chatris or cupolas, like palaces or old guard posts, all of which reinforce the magical and ethereal quality of this great wilderness. Overnight at Ranthambhor.
Day 6: Ranthambhor – Jaipur
Morning Drive to Jaipur (180 kms / 04 hrs) and on arrival in Jaipur, assistance and check in at hotel Rest of the day free. Overnight at Jaipur.
Day 7: Jaipur
After breakfast Full-day Guided Sightseeing Tour of Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal), Amber Fort with Elephant Ride, City Palace Museum, Observatory (Jantar-Mantar) and Stroll through Pink city Oriental Bazaar. Overnight at Jaipur.
Day 8: Delhi – Jaipur
On arrival in Delhi, later transfer to the airport tour end with sweet memories.
